JENNY HALLERUD NORMANN

Jenny specializes in general business law, focusing on tax, and corporate law. She advises Norwegian and international clients on legal matters in these areas.

After graduating from the University of Bergen in 2024, Jenny concentrated on tax and corporate law, completing her master’s thesis on the abuse of minority rights in limited companies. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and administration. Her combined background in finance and law gives her valuable insight into the financial and legal complexities of running a business.

Jenny joined Aider Legal in 2024.
