TROND INGEBRIGTSEN

Trond is a highly experienced lawyer with 28 years of practice in Value Added Tax (VAT), with particular specialization in real estate. He regularly advises on complex development projects, ensuring comprehensive and compliant VAT structuring throughout the entire project lifecycle — from early planning and construction to operation and potential exit.

He has extensive experience with VAT related to the ongoing operation of properties with mixed-use VAT treatment, including the establishment and assessment of allocation keys and other key VAT considerations.

Trond is a regular lecturer on VAT for the Center for Real Estate Studies and Norwegian Property, and is recognized as a leading professional within his field.

Prior to joining Advokatfirmaet Aider Legal AS, he spent 26 years at PwC, including two years as a VAT advisor at PwC in San Francisco, as well as five years with the Norwegian Tax Administration. He therefore brings substantial experience from both private practice and the tax authorities.
