Elisabeth Cramer

Elisabeth is an experienced business lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law and construction law. She advises Norwegian and international clients on corporate matters, transactions, and compliance in complex construction projects, including contract drafting, ongoing project support, and dispute resolution bringing experience from both the District Court and the Court of Appeal.

She also has expertise in intellectual property rights (IPR) and regularly assist with trademark registrations and portfolio management in Norway and internationally through WIPO and EUIPO. Elisabeth leads the firm’s workgroup within corporate law.
