TORSTEIN FELDBORG

Torstein is an experienced tax lawyer working with tax matters at both national and international levels. He has a background from the Norwegian Tax Administration and primarily works with equity transactions, including mergers, restructurings, and agreements between companies and related parties. In addition to his legal education, he also holds a degree in economics from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences.
