About Torstein Feldborg

Torstein is an experienced tax lawyer with expertise in both domestic and international tax matters. He has a background from the Norwegian Tax Administration and primarily works with equity transactions, including mergers, demergers and restructurings, as well as agreements between companies and related parties.

In addition to his legal education, he also holds a degree in economics from Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences.
