CATHRINE LUND

Cathrine is a highly experienced lawyer specializing in VAT (Value Added Tax). With more than 20 years of experience, she is regarded as one of Norway’s leading experts in the field and advises major Norwegian and international companies on complex VAT matters.

Her practice focuses particularly on VAT issues within real estate, the financial sector, retail, and transactions (M&A), where she provides strategic and commercially driven advice.

In addition to her advisory work, Cathrine is a recognized lecturer and speaker on VAT. She regularly presents for clients and professional audiences and has been invited to speak by the Norwegian Tax Administration, the Norwegian Institute of Public Accountants, and BI Norwegian Business School.

Before joining Advokatfirmaet Aider Legal AS, she held VAT-focused roles at PwC, Deloitte, and the Norwegian Tax Administration, building extensive experience from both the private and public sectors
