Aksel is an experienced business lawyer working broadly with mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has extensive experience as a project manager in complex equity transactions and has led the sale of a number of knowledge-based companies.

He also has strong expertise in tax law, where he works with tax disputes, tax-exempt corporate reorganizations, and contractual matters.

Aksel has drafted shareholder agreements for both small and large business entities and has assisted in major real estate transactions. In addition, he has substantial experience resolving disputes within real estate and construction projects.
